In this video training session, Mr. Fan Changhua, the Director of the Chemical and Hazardous Substances Division of the Emergency Management Department of Shandong Province, first interpreted the background and relevant work requirements of the "Work Plan for Graded Classification and Supervision of Chemical Industry and Hazardous Chemical Enterprises in Shandong Province". Subsequently, Mr. Jiu Jiangbo, the General Manager of Qingdao O'Shaughnessy Environmental and Safety Technology Co., Ltd., promoted the "Guidelines for Assessment and Grading of Chemical Industry and Hazardous Chemical Enterprises in Shandong Province" (Trial Version, for Large and Medium-Sized Enterprises and for Small and Micro Enterprises).
