From October 31 to November 1, the Third International Symposium on Best Practices in PSM was successfully held. This symposium was jointly organized by the China Occupational Safety and Health Association (COSHA), China University of Petroleum (East China) (UPC), and the Shandong Association of Work Safety and Emergency Management, with support from the Training Center for Officials of the Ministry of Emergency Management. It was undertaken by the Chemical Process Safety Management Working Committee of COSHA, the Safety, Environment Protection and Energy Saving Technology Center of UPC, and Qingdao O.S.T. Technology Development Group Co., Ltd., and co-organized by Fengxingshu (Beijing) Culture and Technology Co., Ltd. and the Association of International Chemical Manufacturers (AICM). Mr. Wang Dexue, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of COSHA, served as the Chair of the Organizing Committee, while Mr. Wang Haoshui, Vice Chairman of COSHA, acted as the Executive Chair.

The conference brought together a distinguished assembly of Chinese and international experts, scholars, government supervisors, and safety managers from over 200 enterprises, with nearly 700 participants attending in person. Simultaneous live broadcasts on the video channels of the Safety & Environmental Best-practice Garden, UPC HSE, and COSHA attracted over 30,000 online viewers. Authoritative industry media such as China Petroleum Daily and Toutiao provided comprehensive coverage, highlighting the symposium's professional value and authoritative nature as key focal points across platforms.
